Account Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Perform outbound outreach to existing customers to present business solutions that increase monthly revenue.
• Provide support via email and phone regarding positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
• Execute sales, upselling, and customer retention activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact to cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Deliver training and support to ensure effective use of platform tools.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a sales representative or account manager.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English proficiency.
• Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
• Ability to manage high volumes of outbound/inbound calls (45-50 per day) and large portfolios (400-800 accounts).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working within the restaurant industry.
• Experience in e-commerce.
