Location: Fully US remote or hybrid from the Omaha office

What you will do

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Co-Op advertising campaigns, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process to build immediate confidence and set clear expectations.
  • Launch, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns in collaboration with sales, ad operations, and data insights teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with DMO partners to foster collaboration and grow Co-Op revenue.
  • Proactively mitigate client churn by anticipating needs and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Iterate on existing operational processes to create efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • At least 1 year of experience in programmatic or digital advertising.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as Display, Native, CTV, and/or Meta.
