What you will do

• Support the delivery of Data Centre projects through pre and post contract quantity surveying.
• Manage MEP packages to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project teams for successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Implement established commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• Chartered/Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent) or currently studying toward it.
• Proven experience in supporting and delivering MEP packages.
• Specific experience within the Data Centre sector.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London.
