Location: Hybrid (UK). Primary hubs in Manchester and Scotland.

What you will do
- Act as Scheme Actuary for a portfolio of Enplan schemes, providing credible advice to Trustees and stakeholders.
- Deliver complex actuarial calculations and written advice across multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead client engagements, managing project planning, timescales, budgets, and stakeholder relations.
- Coach and develop junior team members, including Analysts, Assistant Managers, and Managers.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with sponsors and internal teams.
- Identify commercial opportunities to expand the scope of work and grow the Enplan proposition.
Requirements
- Qualified actuary (FIA/FFA) with Scheme Actuary certification (or ability to obtain it immediately).
- Proven track record of advising Trustee Boards and managing a portfolio of Scheme Actuary appointments.
- Deep understanding of the UK DB pensions landscape and challenges facing consolidators.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and pragmatically to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and experience balancing competing demands and deadlines.
- Collaborative approach with a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
