What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain sound and recording equipment for broadcasts, video shoots, and studio productions.
• Install and configure audio mixing consoles, microphones, speakers, and recording software.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for conference room AV systems and video conferencing platforms.
• Build out conference rooms with complete AV systems and configure Cisco collaboration technologies and unified communication endpoints.
• Manage multi-camera production environments for live streaming and recording.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in audio production, AV engineering, and live event support.
• Expertise in Dante networking, Aventis audio boards, microphone systems, and sound reinforcement.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco Unified Collaboration portfolio (WebEx, Unified CM, Expressway, IP Phones, Video Endpoints).
• Experience with multi-camera setups, Blackmagic Studio cameras, video switching, and live streaming technologies.
• Must be based in or able to work full-time in-person in Bridgewater, NJ.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or certification in Audio-Visual Technology, Broadcasting, or a related field.
• Professional AV certifications, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist).
