Sr. Systems Engineer (UCaaS)

Sr. Systems Engineer (UCaaS/AV): Architecting and migrating legacy video conference infrastructure to the cloud with an accent on MS Teams, MTR systems, and global telephony infrastructure. Focus on designing scalable UCaaS solutions, optimizing network dependencies for voice/video, and ensuring security compliance across enterprise collaboration spaces.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, USA (Office attendance required 2-3 days per week). U.S. applicants only.

Salary: $150,550 – $190,900 per year

What you will do

• Architect, plan, and migrate legacy video conference infrastructure to the cloud.
• Support MTR and AV systems across conference rooms, studios, and collaboration spaces.
• Administer policies for MS Teams, Microsoft Voice, and Audiocodes.
• Provide tier 3 engineering support for escalated UCaaS issues and ensure global regional handoffs.
• Collaborate with the Information Security Office to ensure solutions meet corporate security requirements.
• Coordinate technical reviews for new office builds and refresh projects to ensure adherence to company policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Expertise in Telecommunications (E911, SBC) and Advanced Microsoft 365 Services.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell and experience with APIs/connectors.
• Deep knowledge of UCaaS (MS Teams), MTRs, and network dependencies (Routing, QoS, Firewalls).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• MS-700 Certification.
• Experience with Power BI and Azure Dashboards.
• Experience deploying Zoom Rooms and Webex Rooms.
