What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments to ensure high availability and resiliency.
• Oversee the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 identity infrastructure.
• Manage Azure environments, specifically GCC and GCC High, ensuring secure configurations and compliance.
• Lead the maintenance and capacity planning of Cisco-based enterprise network infrastructure.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, patching, and technology lifecycle management to reduce technical debt.
• Lead and develop the IT infrastructure and operations team through coaching and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies and hands-on experience with Azure (GCC/GCC High).
• Experience managing virtualization platforms and Linux/Windows server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking.
• Proven experience in people leadership and operational management.
• Must be based in the United States.
