TL;DR
Infrastructure Engineer II (Datacenter/Hybrid Cloud): Managing enterprise datacenter operations, server and storage administration, and hybrid cloud connectivity with an accent on high-availability infrastructure and system uptime. Focus on resolving complex hardware incidents, leading infrastructure projects, and maintaining global datacenter standards.
Location: Remote (North America/NOAM). Must be comfortable with a work week of Friday to Tuesday.
Salary: $80,969 - $106,272

What you will do
- Maintain infrastructure and system uptime SLA of 99.95%+ across global datacenters.
- Serve as an escalation point for hardware failures and complex infrastructure incidents.
- Administer Linux and Windows Server environments and enterprise SAN/NAS storage platforms.
- Lead medium-to-large datacenter infrastructure projects from scoping through delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, hardware inventory, and spares depot strategy.
- Mentor junior team members and produce high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hardware administration and infrastructure engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
- Deep expertise in SAN/NAS technologies (iSCSI, FCP, CIFS, NFS).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and enterprise network devices.
- Working knowledge of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid connectivity.
- Ability to travel to datacenters up to 1-2 weeks per quarter.
Nice to have
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification.
- Experience with ITIL and SOC frameworks.
- Background in SaaS or high-volume production datacenter environments.
