What you will do

• Lead and execute complex technical projects including design, configuration, and deployment of cloud and infrastructure.
• Execute email migrations (Exchange/Cloud) and file sharing migrations (OneDrive, Box, Egnyte).
• Deploy office network infrastructure including firewalls, switching, and wireless systems.
• Implement security measures such as SSO and MFA via Okta or similar providers.
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth handoff to support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in IT systems architecture, deployment, and support.
• Advanced technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, or Fortinet.
• Proficiency with VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Experience with Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco) and Cloud Services (O365).
• Ability to travel for project work at least once a month.
• Availability to regularly work nights and weekends for off-hours upgrades and migrations.
