What you will do

• Define and lead the overall technology strategy for the organization.
• Oversee technology efforts and support growth initiatives using both traditional and innovative approaches.
• Identify and implement modern tools, approaches, and solutions for software development.
• Lead and manage teams of technologists while setting a high bar for quality and innovation.
• Drive the implementation of AI solutions within the consulting organization.
• Support early-stage product engineering efforts.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship offered).
• Must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance.
• Strong background in software engineering and modern development practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing technology teams.
• Proven experience building solutions using AI or leading AI-driven development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering digital products for government agencies or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with large-scale technology systems, legacy constraints, and security compliance.
• Experience with P&L management and selling services to clients.
• Knowledge of public healthcare challenges such as HIPAA and FHIR standards.
