What you will do
- Maintain the Advanced initiative scorecard across all channels, tracking units, revenue line of sight, and trends.
- Build and maintain a Finance-reconciled units-to-revenue view as a trusted source of truth for leadership.
- Analyze initiative performance to identify early risk signals and provide root cause recommendations.
- Track attach penetration by product (Payroll, Payments, QB Live) as a revenue quality indicator.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Data & Analytics to standardize processes and automate reporting.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for SLT and XLT updates and coordinate campaign analysis with Marketing.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to independently pull, clean, and analyze sales performance data.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/dashboard platforms.
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication for audiences from peers to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across teams and deliver scalable solutions.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with undefined problem spaces.
- Experience applying AI and data tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflow efficiency.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Strategy at a technology company.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions, SMB customer segments, or subscription revenue models.
- Track record of building reporting infrastructure adopted and trusted by cross-functional teams.
- Experience working simultaneously across Finance, Sales, and Product teams.
