📋 Description

• Run sessions with analytics/marketing leads to define dashboards
• Investigate data questions across SQL, ingestion pipelines, and sources
• Own pilots/onboarding: define success criteria and initial reporting setup
• Build and optimise dashboards used by hundreds of marketers
• Translate customer requests into specs for Product and Engineering; prioritise
• Spot expansion opportunities and feed back to sales

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in engineering
• 3–6 years in technical, customer-facing roles (TAM, solutions, analytics)
• Strong SQL; experience with large, messy datasets; BI dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal English
• First-principles problem-solver; asks clarifying questions
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
