What you will do
- Support commercial and fragrance development teams with project briefs and event activities.
- Manage the olfactive evaluation schedule and coordinate all project-related logistics.
- Prepare evaluation sessions by ordering samples, shipping fragrance oils, and setting up equipment.
- Maintain an accurate databank of market products and oversee stock levels.
- Ensure the maintenance of evaluation booths and equipment.
- Manage daily premises operations, including interactions with visitors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a coordination or support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Service-oriented mindset with high reliability and ownership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Must be a non-smoker due to the olfactive nature of the role.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
