TL;DR

Principal Enterprise Account Executive (IT): Driving new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships for a comprehensive portfolio of hardware, software, and managed services with an accent on complex IT solutions. Focus on building executive-level partnerships, scoping large-scale projects with engineering teams, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the Southwest US region.

Location: Remote within the Southwest United States (Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego preferred)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through networking, marketing, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to accurately scope projects and propose optimal technical solutions.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with IT directors and business line owners.
  • Manage the full proposal development process and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and maintain manufacturer certifications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Southwest United States (Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego preferred).
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience with a Value Added Reseller, Managed Service Provider, or Integrator.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex IT opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of cloud, storage, network infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills.
