What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SEO and AI-driven (AEO/GEO) content strategy to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Build and scale a content engine that balances high-velocity AI production with human editorial quality.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, performance, and structured data.
• Partner with the Web Development team to integrate SEO best practices into platform enhancements.
• Define and track KPIs, connecting organic performance directly to business outcomes and cost-per-lead metrics.
• Manage internal teams, agencies, and partners within a remote-first operating model.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, and digital growth within high-performance or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of scaling integrated SEO programs that drive measurable lead growth.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content architecture, and programmatic content strategies.
• Demonstrated experience building AI-enabled content operations with robust quality control.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven search (AEO/GEO) and evolving search behaviors.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside in a state where the company operates.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly competitive, price-sensitive categories such as insurance or financial services.
• Proficiency in advanced SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Surfer, and SEMrush.
