What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year performance marketing strategy mapped to PLG revenue and SLG pipeline targets.
• Lead a high-performing team across paid social, search, programmatic, content syndication, and emerging channels.
• Deploy AI tools and agentic frameworks across campaign planning, creative testing, audience development, and performance analysis.
• Own budget forecasting and allocation, leveraging AI-enhanced analytics to improve CPL, CAC, and pipeline ROI.
• Establish a rigorous test-and-learn culture to transition from gut-driven to evidence-backed investment decisions.
• Manage and develop a cohesive team of human experts and AI agents, fostering a culture of curiosity and ambition.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or demand generation with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Proven success scaling paid programs in B2B SaaS with demonstrable numerical results.
• Practical experience applying AI agent frameworks or LLM-powered marketing workflows to produce measurable changes.
• Deep expertise in paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), paid search, and programmatic media.
• Experience managing GTM motions with a strong focus on the handoff between marketing and sales.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
