What you will do
- Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events.
- Respond quickly to new enquiries via phone and email to ensure a high-quality first experience.
- Qualify leads by understanding their organizational challenges and objectives.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Directors.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progression in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, SDR, support, hospitality, or retail).
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in understanding business challenges.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Must be based in London to work from the office.
