What you will do

  • Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events.
  • Respond quickly to new enquiries via phone and email to ensure a high-quality first experience.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their organizational challenges and objectives.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Directors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progression in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, SDR, support, hospitality, or retail).
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Naturally curious with a genuine interest in understanding business challenges.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Must be based in London to work from the office.
