What you will do

  • Oversee client success activities and manage the full client lifecycle from implementation to ongoing business reviews.
  • Develop and implement client-specific strategies to maximize revenue and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, sales, IT, and product teams to resolve client challenges and ensure service excellence.
  • Manage KPI metrics including customer satisfaction, survey scores, and retention goals.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages highlighting ROI and performance benchmarks.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and ambassador for assigned clients, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management within the healthcare technology industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying analytics and ROI to stakeholders.
