What you will do
- Act as product linkage between business stakeholders, Salesforce team, and Product & Technology to reflect priorities in CRM roadmap.
- Support definition, maintenance, and delivery of CRM roadmap, addressing synergies and dependencies with leadership.
- Lead assessments of as-is business processes and define to-be processes, identifying opportunities and impacts.
- Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs into actionable product requirements for complex systems.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Business Partners and engineering for aligned, integrated solutions.
- Drive scalable CRM data foundations for reporting, analytics, and downstream use cases.
- Promote change adoption, support user transitions, and communicate priorities with data-backed narratives.
Requirements
- 3+ years product management experience, hands-on with CRM products (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong product mindset for framing problems, trade-offs, and outcome focus in complex landscapes.
- Experience translating business/operational needs into requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Data-driven approach with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication for narratives, trade-offs, and stakeholder influence globally.
- Adaptability, client-oriented mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
