What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap for the Field Enablement workstream, focusing on account management and customer success capabilities.
• Act as the primary product authority for Salesforce Service Cloud, driving the vision for Agentic AI and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operational leaders to design and implement workflows that improve field-facing effectiveness.
• Lead product forums and Steering Committee meetings to align senior leadership on priorities and trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to evolve infrastructure supporting operational workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce (Admin or Consultant certification preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering CRM transformations in a field-facing or customer service context.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Flow.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical operations.
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
