What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Service Cloud and related operational workflows.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable CRM solutions supporting field and customer service operations.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify gaps in operational efficiency and design robust Salesforce-enabled solutions.
• Drive the rollout of automation and Agentic AI capabilities to modernize internal workflows.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and broader data infrastructure.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through steering committees and executive-level discussions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation roles.
• 6+ years in a leadership capacity managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, with Service Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record delivering CRM or enterprise platform transformations in customer-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
• Must be based in the United States.
