What you will do

  • Develop cross-channel media strategies including paid social, search, video, and programmatic aligned with client business goals.
  • Serve as the primary client partner, presenting strategic recommendations and campaign insights.
  • Utilize research tools like MRI-Simmons and eMarketer alongside AI platforms to uncover actionable insights.
  • Design precise media plans rooted in reach, frequency, and audience segmentation.
  • Translate complex research and performance data into compelling narratives for clients.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, analysts, and creatives to execute and refine campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising or media strategy.
  • Strong grasp of media planning fundamentals (reach, frequency, audience targeting).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC).
  • Proven ability to synthesize research into meaningful strategic plans.
  • Strong communication skills for distilling complexity for clients and internal teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in media buying or managing media budgets.
  • Understanding of advanced measurement solutions like MMM, incrementality, and attribution.
