What you will do
- Plan, schedule, and execute content across social channels aligned with client goals and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools to produce optimization reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
- Partner with designers and copywriters to brief and review social-first content based on a data-led approach.
- Proactively identify emerging social media trends and tools to keep clients at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record in managing content delivery and community engagement for brands.
- Experience working with analytics, scheduling, and social listening tools.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Houston, USA.
Nice to have
- Experience in paid social or influencer activation.
- Familiarity with automation, AI, or performance optimization tools.
- Basic design or editing capability using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
