What you will do

  • Build, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA.
  • Interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and solve problems using Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Communicate campaign insights and data stories effectively to clients.
  • Participate in the Medley:Onramp training program to develop professional marketing skills.
  • Collaborate with team members in an office-first environment to drive client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
  • Solid working knowledge of spreadsheets, including advanced formulas.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience through student organizations, team sports, or group projects.
