What you will do

• Fill beds at premium private-pay rates and protect rate integrity.
• Build and maintain referral relationships, specifically with discharge planners.
• Manage the entire prospect pipeline from initial inquiry to move-in.
• Drive local digital presence and coordinate with leadership on paid campaigns.
• Plan and execute community outreach events.
• Report weekly on pipeline metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in senior living, home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing and sales.
• Proven ability to sell and close at a premium price point.
• Strong bias toward action with a willingness to perform field work, including knocking on doors and booking tours.
• Genuine care for seniors and their families.
