What you will do

  • Shape and execute a comprehensive DTC ecommerce strategy to drive revenue and market share in Canada.
  • Define and own KPIs, translating performance data into strategic direction for senior leadership.
  • Manage full accountability for sales, profit, and inventory outcomes across all product categories.
  • Lead end-to-end forecasting and promotional planning in partnership with Finance and Ecommerce teams.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships across internal and cross-market stakeholders.
  • Develop reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into DTC performance.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce, key account management, or commercial planning.
  • Proven track record of owning commercial targets in a DTC or retail environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing promotional budgets and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience leading forecasting and inventory planning in a high-SKU consumer goods environment.
  • Strong executive communication skills for presenting to Director and VP-level audiences.
