Salary: $126,000 - $154,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to co-design tailored technical assistance plans and strategies.
• Design, develop, and deliver TA and training in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Create practical TA materials including toolkits, guides, and web-based resources.
• Facilitate meetings, communities of practice, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Lead projects and teams, including the supervision and mentoring of junior staff.
• Support business development and the creation of project proposals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. with 3+ years, Master's with 7+ years, or Bachelor's with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering technical assistance to public agencies or nonprofits in youth justice, diversion, and reentry.
• Proven project leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is not available.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
