Salary: $112,000 - $175,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead solution design and execution for onboarding new large-scale clients to the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve internal processes and standard methodologies.
• Engage with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner to solve complex requirements.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Proven ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex technical and business problems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of self-reliance and ownership.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience with professional project management methodologies.
