TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Washington DC)

Salary: $195,000 - $215,000 a year

What you will do

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Medicare Part B and physician-administered drug policy.
  • Lead complex client engagements from proposal development through final delivery.
  • Develop strategic recommendations aligned with client business and policy objectives.
  • Create and execute business development plans to drive practice growth.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff across the practice.
  • Produce thought leadership to elevate the firm's market profile.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in health policy, biotech, or professional advisory services.
  • Deep expertise in Medicare Part B, physician-administered drug reimbursement, and the 340B Program.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare policy, market dynamics, and legislative/regulatory processes.
  • Proven experience managing and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health policy, public policy, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and reside within the country.
