Salary: $195,000 - $215,000 a year

What you will do
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Medicare Part B and physician-administered drug policy.
- Lead complex client engagements from proposal development through final delivery.
- Develop strategic recommendations aligned with client business and policy objectives.
- Create and execute business development plans to drive practice growth.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff across the practice.
- Produce thought leadership to elevate the firm's market profile.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in health policy, biotech, or professional advisory services.
- Deep expertise in Medicare Part B, physician-administered drug reimbursement, and the 340B Program.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policy, market dynamics, and legislative/regulatory processes.
- Proven experience managing and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in health policy, public policy, economics, or a related discipline.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and reside within the country.
