TL;DR

Customer Advisor (Customer Success/Consulting): Delivering strategic guidance, value assessments, and outcome-driven recommendations to help customers optimize their CX strategy with an accent on value realization and executive advisory. Focus on designing strategic workflows, leading stakeholder workshops, and defining measurable KPIs to maximize the impact of AI-powered retention tools.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $145,000 – $155,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Partner with customers to identify high-impact use cases and articulate a strategic path to realizing value through hirify.global solutions.
  • Advise customer executives and success leaders on optimizing CS strategies using innovative approaches.
  • Lead workshops and innovation sessions to develop strategic roadmaps, performance benchmarks, and value realization goals.
  • Deliver tailored value assessments, maturity reviews, and business cases aligned with customer priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to share insights and enhance customer offerings.
  • Contribute to repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and case studies to support scalable customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success and/or strategic consulting with a record of driving customer outcomes.
  • Significant leadership experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional initiatives for retention and growth.
  • Experience presenting research and insights to C-suite executives.
  • Domain expertise in CX functions such as customer support, onboarding, engagement, or retention strategy.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel for monthly customer onsite visits and quarterly planning offsites.
