Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in-office). Must be based in the United States (offices in Chicago, Arlington, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Edison, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia).

Salary: $170,200 – $212,750

What you will do

• Lead operational due diligence workstreams to assess business performance and identify operational risks.
• Manage cost optimization assessments and synergy analyses to drive EBITDA improvement.
• Develop and oversee integration and separation plans, including Day 1 readiness and 100-day planning.
• Provide leadership for IMO, SMO, and TMO, and handle Transition Services Agreement (TSA) scoping.
• Manage client relationships and prepare high-level reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in transaction advisory, management consulting, or private equity.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, data modeling, and process mapping.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as needed.
