Salary: $110,400 – $140,760

What you will do

• Perform business process analysis and define requirements for gap remediation.
• Design and implement sustainable models to streamline finance and operations functions.
• Act as the day-to-day relationship contact for clients to address complex issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve client problems promptly.
• Support partners and senior managers in business development and proposal efforts.
• Conduct cost and cycle time analysis to ensure successful client transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial management or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and business case development.
• Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, and FP&A.
• Experience in financial services consulting and banking operations.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
