What you will do

• Develop and assess strategic options using qualitative and quantitative analysis to challenge assumptions.
• Collaborate with internal clients to co-develop strategy concepts and facilitate organizational change.
• Implement creative solutions to guide strategic decisions, team operations, and ways of working.
• Identify and apply research and analytical methodologies to support decision-making.
• Manage the day-to-day ownership of strategic processes and mobilization of discrete bodies of work.
• Contribute to team development, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in strategic planning and consulting.
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Deep knowledge of strategy development and end-to-end sophisticated project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Stata (or similar analytical tools).
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US is mandatory.
