- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers via phone.
- Guide customers through the application process using a consultative sales approach.
- Simplify complex industry jargon to make life insurance easy to understand.
- Collaborate with sales teammates to resolve complex client issues.
- Drive performance in a metrics-driven environment to impact earnings.
- Participate in ongoing 1:1 coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
Requirements
- Active life insurance license is required.
- Prior experience in a high-volume, dialer-based sales role.
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings from home.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong conversational skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Five9.
