Location: Remote (Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)

A fast-growing Texas-based company specializing in premium custom-branded merchandise, including embroidered apparel and laser-etched promotional products.

What you will do

  • Respond rapidly to warm inbound inquiries from business owners, qualify their needs, and close bulk orders.
  • Own and manage the entire sales pipeline within the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to ensure prompt follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize order values through strategic upselling.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams to confirm artwork specifications and ensure 100% order accuracy.
  • Foster repeat business through high-quality consultative selling and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales closing or high-volume inbound sales environments.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM or similar pipeline tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills.
  • Reliable remote home office setup and availability to work CST business hours.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling custom merchandise, branded apparel, or promotional products.
  • Familiarity with social media-driven inbound sales workflows.
  • Proven track record of high conversion rates with warm lead pipelines.
