What you will do
- Respond rapidly to warm inbound inquiries from business owners, qualify their needs, and close bulk orders.
- Own and manage the entire sales pipeline within the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize order values through strategic upselling.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to confirm artwork specifications and ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Foster repeat business through high-quality consultative selling and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales closing or high-volume inbound sales environments.
- Advanced, hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM or similar pipeline tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills.
- Reliable remote home office setup and availability to work CST business hours.

- Familiarity with social media-driven inbound sales workflows.
