Compensation: $197K – $232K + Equity

What you will do

  • Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the downmarket segment through a book of channel partners.
  • Co-sell with Account Executives on the Early Stage team to close partner-sourced and influenced deals.
  • Enable and build strong relationships with existing hirify.global partners.
  • Implement a one-to-many approach to develop business across the region.
  • Manage pipeline rigor and maintain partner activity playbooks.
  • Identify, acquire, and onboard high-fit partners into the partner program.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of channel partner experience within software or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated co-selling experience and ability to work alongside direct sales teams.
  • Experience working with resellers, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Providers and the IT Channel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to use AI tools to improve work efficiency and impact.
