Compensation: $197K – $232K + Equity

What you will do
- Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the downmarket segment through a book of channel partners.
- Co-sell with Account Executives on the Early Stage team to close partner-sourced and influenced deals.
- Enable and build strong relationships with existing partners.
- Implement a one-to-many approach to develop business across the region.
- Manage pipeline rigor and maintain partner activity playbooks.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard high-fit partners into the partner program.
Requirements
- 4+ years of channel partner experience within software or SaaS.
- Demonstrated co-selling experience and ability to work alongside direct sales teams.
- Experience working with resellers, VARs, and MSPs.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Providers and the IT Channel.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Willingness to use AI tools to improve work efficiency and impact.
