What you will do

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for Retail (store operations and management) and selective corporate Sales roles.
• Establish a strong on-the-ground presence in key European cities to connect with local retail talent.
• Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners for market mapping, salary benchmarking, and role requirement refinement.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate journey using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Sales within premium or luxury consumer goods environments.
• Expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement, and experience with ATS (specifically SAP SuccessFactors).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Solid understanding of German labor law and recruitment compliance.
• Willingness to travel across key European cities to engage with local retail markets.
