What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and align recruiting strategies with business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
• Develop and iterate on job descriptions, hiring plans, and interview rubrics.
• Build and standardize scalable recruiting workflows to support company growth.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in recruiting excellence.
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin, Germany or able to work from the local hub.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM, Sales, and Marketing roles in high-growth startups.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build relationships with passive talent.
• Data-focused approach to managing pipeline health and setting hiring expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
