• Take ownership of specific projects and contribute ideas to recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Initial experience in recruiting or a dynamic work environment.
• English: Ability to conduct interviews in English.
• Motivation to work in an open, relaxed, startup-like environment.

Nice to have

• First experience in active sourcing or HR.
