Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within in-house or agency settings.
• Proven track record of closing software developers, engineers, and product managers.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to elevate outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
