What you will do
- Partner with and coach hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and creative hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and nurture technical talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, and online communities.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer closing.
- Utilize market insights and data to advise stakeholders on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles to ensure hiring readiness.
- Increase employer brand visibility within the global tech community through networking and online engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting within in-house or agency settings.
- Proven track record of closing software developers, engineers, and product managers.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to elevate outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
- Strong work ethic with excellent planning and organization skills for high-volume coordination.
