What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding.
  • Review application documents and conduct preliminary telephone screenings.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to align candidate qualifications with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct personal and video interviews with candidates.
  • Manage the final offer stage and handle contractual details.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Ability to conduct interviews via video, telephone, and in-person.
  • Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers.
