Team Lead Global Talent Acquisition (HR): Shaping and leading the global hiring strategy for a reality capture leader with an accent on data-driven recruiting and scaling international teams. Focus on optimizing recruiting infrastructure, coaching a team of recruiters, and partnering with senior leadership to drive growth.

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany. Full visa and relocation support provided.

What you will do

  • Drive hirify.global’ global Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure hiring excellence across all regions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 full-cycle recruiters.
  • Establish clear goals and operating rhythms to optimize candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Utilize recruiting analytics and market insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Continuously evolve recruiting infrastructure, processes, and employer positioning.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics to manage hiring plans and expenses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading recruiting teams in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Strategic, business-oriented approach to recruiting and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for process optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of German employment practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in the German language.
