What you will do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Punching and Robotic Bending machines.
• Manufacture precision components for LV & MV switchgear systems.
• Adjust machine settings and feeds based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform detailed quality inspections against 3D models and engineering drawings.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machinery issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, welding, and assembly teams to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong CNC programming, operating, and troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience working with sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Strong problem-solving ability and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

• Technical training or certification in CNC, Welding, or Automation.
• Knowledge of GD&T and material specifications.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
