Salary: $25.00 - $35.50 hourly

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end commercial contract signature process.
  • Maintain and update contract records within the CRM system.
  • Monitor contract expirations and facilitate renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to research and gather necessary contract data.
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in commercial contracts.
  • Provide responsive customer service while managing sales contract administration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Science, Legal, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual documents and apply mathematical concepts.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Experience with DocuSign e-signature software.
