What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for insurance modernization.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders and Agile teams to support rollout and implementation activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
• Validate developed functionality against business expectations and acceptance criteria.
• Support KPI reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to develop user stories and acceptance criteria in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and insurance servicing workflows.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products (VPP, Inland Marine).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools.
