What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of renewals, ensuring successful and on-time execution of renewal processes and contracts.
  • Negotiate renewal deals and handle the commercial aspects of converting customers from legacy products to newer offerings.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support expansions and add-on opportunities during the renewal cycle.
  • Collaborate with finance, deal desk, and legal teams to review and confirm contract terms and internal policy compliance.
  • Maintain a 180-day rolling forecast of renewals and process quotes and orders using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience managing Mid-Market/Commercial segments within Enterprise SaaS or High-Tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, deal structuring, contracting, and legal conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (SFDC experience is a plus) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
