What you will do
- Manage and support a pre-defined list of growth partners as the ambassador.
- Conduct outbound proactive calls to cultivate additional business and increase product breadth.
- Perform quarterly business reviews to align with partner objectives and growth projections.
- Identify sales-qualified opportunities to build the expansion pipeline for Sales teams.
- Manage renewal notifications and ensure partners continue to renew agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Success and other sellers to maximize account coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/BANT forecast methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Ability to manage projects independently and provide world-class customer service.
- Must be based in Sydney, AUS
