Renewal Specialist (Sales)

Location: Hybrid position based in Paris, France, or Cork, Ireland; in-office and/or in-person expectations apply. Applicants for Paris must be fluent in French.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end support service contract renewal process and ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Coordinate with quoting specialists to prepare accurate renewal quotes and manage discount governance.
• Improve on-time and in-quarter renewal rates while identifying retention and upsell opportunities.
• Engage customers and partners to understand requirements, address concerns, and communicate the value of support services.
• Lead renewal planning calls and collaborate with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and account management teams.
• Resolve customer and partner inquiries and escalations related to renewals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Experience working in a sales environment.
• Native-level German and fluent English are mandatory.
• Fluent French is required for applicants choosing the Paris location.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
