Scrum Master - Masters-Level Internship (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto

Compensation: $32 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Support Scrum Masters in planning and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor and report team progress and help identify and remove impediments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Maintain sprint backlogs, task boards, and other project documentation.
• Support the team in delivering projects with strong performance and quality.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Master's program is mandatory.
• Degree focus in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
