What you will do

• Coach the team in Lean-Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices and facilitate planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Remove impediments, improve collaboration, track commitments and risks, and contribute to wider SAFe initiatives.
• Analyze requirements and design sustainable technical solutions for customer-facing airline eCommerce applications.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Quarkus, Angular, and related web technologies.
• Write and review code, technical specifications, automated tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Support production delivery, maintenance, debugging, mentoring, and technical quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong software development background with Java and modern web technologies.
• Ability to balance Scrum Master leadership with hands-on technical contributions across legacy and modern applications.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English for collaboration with international teams and airline stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with a servant-leader mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe, security, or accessibility.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
