Scrum Master & Senior Java Software Developer (Java)

What you will do

• Coach an Agile team in Lean-Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate planning, refinement, review, retrospective, and daily stand-up ceremonies.
• Remove impediments, improve collaboration, and track commitments, risks, and Agile execution metrics.
• Analyze requirements and design sustainable technical solutions for established applications and new middleware capabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and debug full-stack customer-facing applications using Java, Quarkus, Angular, and related web technologies.
• Write and review code, technical specifications, automated tests, and end-to-end tests while mentoring colleagues and supporting production delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong software development background with Java and modern web technologies.
• Ability to balance Scrum Master leadership with hands-on technical contributions.
• Experience working with both legacy and modern applications.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with international teams and airline stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and committed to a servant-leader mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe, security, or accessibility.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
